Terms & Refund Policy

This website is operated by BoboGo Accounting Pty Ltd (ABN [YOUR ABN]), based in Sydney, Australia (“BoboGo”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@bobogoaccounting.com.

We sell online, self-paced educational courses and related services (such as consultations and resume reviews). Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access that course's content for as long as we offer it.

Our courses and materials are general educational information only. They are not accounting, taxation, financial product or legal advice, and are not tailored to your circumstances. You should obtain advice from a qualified professional before acting on anything you learn here. We do not guarantee any particular career, employment, exam or financial outcome.

You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. Accounts and course access are for one person — sharing logins or redistributing course content is not permitted and may result in access being suspended without refund.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are payable up front. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We may change prices or run promotions at any time — changes do not affect purchases already made.

Our voluntary refund policy:if a course isn't right for you, email us within [14] days of purchase and, provided you have completed no more than [25]% of the course, we will refund you in full. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law: this policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the ACL. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a course is not of acceptable quality, does not match its description, or is not fit for its stated purpose, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss — regardless of the timeframe above.

To request a refund, email hello@bobogoaccounting.com with your order details. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

All course videos, workbooks, templates and materials remain our intellectual property (or our licensors'). You may use them for your own learning and work, but you may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish or use them to create a competing course.

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve or retire course content. If we permanently withdraw a course you have purchased, we will give you reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a pro-rata refund.

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the consumer guarantees described in section 6, our total liability to you in connection with a course or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
